Sophos Endpoint: How to uninstall Sophos Endpoint Protection on CentOS linux using command line (cmd)

Overview

The article shows how to uninstall Sophos Endpoint Protection for CentOS linux machine with command line interface (cmd)

How to configure

  • Login to CentOS linux as root
  • Use the command to uninstall Sophos Endpoint

/opt/sophos-spl/bin/uninstall.sh

  • Enter y to accept to uninstall
  • Wait for the uninstallation process about 1 minute
  • Access Sophos Central admin interface -> Choose Server Protection
  • Choose Server
  • Seach for the CentOS machine you want to uninstall
  • Enter CentOS machine -> Click Delete
  • Click Delete
  • Finish
