Microsoft OneDrive: How to increase user’s OneDrive storage


The article shows how to increase the Microsoft Onedrive storage capacity of each user

How to configure

  • Login to OneDrive admin center by Microsoft Admin account
  • Go to admin center
  • Choose Users -> Choose Active users
  • Click on the user you want to increase storage space -> Choose OneDrive tab
  • Click Edit -> Choose Maximum storage for this user and enter the amount of space you want to allow users to use
  • Click Save
  • Check the storage after changing
